Understanding The Horses Back August

$150.00

As riders, therapists, trainers, coaches etc the horses back is extremely important as it is where we sit and expect it to support us when this is never what it was built to do.
Especially as therapists, so much of our time is dedicated to keeping the back supple and pain free!
This workshop has been developed after much talking with clients and students and after it’s immense popularity we are super excited to bring it to you again!
At this workshop we will look at the anatomy of the back, how it works, how it moves, what can go wrong and why it isn’t quite all we think it may be!!
We will cover how to recognise pain in the back and a variety of tools and techniques we can use to remove that pain and keep the back healthy.
This will be a hands on workshop with slideshows, anatomical specimens and hands on techniques aimed to have you more aware of back friendly riding and management!
Date: 18th August 2023
Time: 9am – 3:00pm
Venue: Quenda Glade Equine, Gidgegannup
Cost: $150pp or $125 for Equestricare students/graduates and early bird
